The Van Etten Library has moved to a new location. We are now located at 6 Gee St., Van Etten, NY, the former Village Hall building. The new location is just .4 miles south of the previous location at 83 Main St. Please stop by the new location and check out our new Library!
Upcoming programming at the new location includes a Halloween party on Friday, October 25 from 6:00pm-7:00pm. This event will be held outside at the Banfield Square Park, directly behind the library. The Halloween party will include a scavenger hunt, pumpkin painting, crafts and snacks. Also, wear your costume for the costume contest, prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded! Please call to register for the pumpkin painting for material purposes, 589-4755.
Introducing a new program at the Van Etten Library: Bone Builders – Strength Training, an exercise program for men and women (free and open to the public). Maintain and build bone mass and muscle, improve strength, balance, flexibility, and more! This group meets twice weekly on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 10:00am-11:00am.
