The Steele Memorial Library has limited yearbooks from the past to give to family members of Elmira students. The yearbooks are mainly from Southside and EFA high schools.

To apply to receive a free yearbook from a certain year, please fill out the application below, and remit to the Genealogy Department via email at edesk@stls.org or mailed to the address below. If we don’t have your year in our surplus stock, we will hold your application and contact you in case we receive some surplus copies.

The Library will retain at least 3 copies of every yearbook in our collection and only give away any surplus over that number. Yearbooks will be given to applicants who have family members portrayed in them. An application for a yearbook does not guarantee that you will receive a yearbook.

Yearbooks will be picked up in person by the applicant at the Steele Memorial Library. If you’d like the yearbook shipped, please provide your address and a $10 shipping and handling fee. The library will not ship unless that fee has been received. Fees can be made via paypal, cash, or check made out to the Steele Memorial Library.
