Throughout the years, scores of plastic army men have been bought, played with, and eventually outgrown by children, especially boys. But if you are one of those people whose “inner child” still calls to you, then stop in and see the display at Steele.
The miniatures on display represent the Scottish Regiments from the early 1600s to the modern day. Along with each regiment, the cap badge is also displayed. These soldiers are metal, small scale soldiers and average around 2.25” in height.
The collection was developed over the course of 30 years and represents William Britain’s and Fort Ducal as well as many figures that were hand painted specifically for the collector.
