The Friends of Chemung County Library District are having another book sale at the Elmira Eastowne Mall, located at 161 Lake Street (across from Five Star Bank). The sale will take place September 20-29th, 10AM – 6PM. There will be a $5 bag sale on Saturday, September 29th!
