On Election Day, November 7th 2017, please visit the Steele Memorial Library (101 E. Church St, Elmira) or the Horseheads Free Library (405 S. Main St, Horseheads) from 12-7pm, to vote for candidates running in your district for open seats on the board of trustees.
If you cannot come to the Libraries on Nov. 7, and you’d like to vote in your district for a library board candidate, please click to obtain absentee ballot forms for your district. Please mail forms to:
